Do you feel like you inexplicably relive the same project outcomes over and over again? Do your projects suffer schedule slippage and productivity challenges? Do you feel like the only one? You are not alone. If you are experiencing workflow challenges in your construction projects, design efforts, and/or management systems and can’t seem to break free from this cycle, we think we can help. Overcome your cynicism and despair and join us on February 2, 2017 (Groundhog Day) for the Parade of Trades® Simulation which will give you insights into this common issue, and ways to rethink how workflow is established.
